About the Experience:
At Seeds of Awakening we come together to co-create the world we all want to live in. We recognise the role we all play in creating this world and support each other in taking responsibility for our lives and what we do or not do, as well as, what is there to learn, heal and explore further for each of us in our own time. We believe that “as within, so without”.

What to Expect:
Online experience varies from the in-person session in that there may be less participation/contribution and more reflection, contemplation and observation.
You are still expected to show up for yourself.
You join in in meditation, visualisation, intention setting, journaling and sharing your reflections where appropriate.
What to Prepare:
quiet, warm area
a cushion to sit on
your favourite journal to write in
a cup of herbal tea, cocoa or water
a small mirror
a candle and scents if you enjoy them
